Positive: Quiet, easy to check in and out. Private onsen. Laundry, kitchen facilities and a pizza restaurant next door.
Negative: Nothing, would come here again.

Positive: We loved the privacy as the entire house belonged to our group. We also liked the outdoor seating area where we could have dinner in the fresh air. There were plenty of parking space for guests as well.
Negative: The light box of exit sign in the bedroom couldn't be turned off. I found it a bit hard to sleep with this light on at night.
Summary: Loved the privacy and space. House no.10 is great for the group.

Positive: The room, bathroom and shower were clean and nice. The property is very close to the bus station, making it super convenient in the area.
Negative: The instructions were incredibly confusing. The day before I arrived, I received instructions in Japanese for how to get into the property (with a code) and into my room (with a code). However, I couldn't find anywhere about what room # I was in. Thankfully, someone was there when I checked in, and she walked me to the annex (different property that's about a block away ... and I might've struggled to find it) and my room. This would've been very confusing without her there. The room was quite small, just barely large enough for a twin-sized futon.
