Positive: Spacious rooms, wonderful staff. The private onsen was lovely and the breakfast was first class. The staff were polite and helpful and everything was beautifully presented.

Negative: The only thing was that the pillows were hard and high. Bring your own pillow and it scores 10+

Positive: This is a beautiful hotel, clean, and with very friendly staff. It has private onsens as well as female and male ones. It's about a 10 min walk from the ski field and 5 mins from the bus station. The rooms are well heated and come with private bathrooms.

Negative: The only issue is that there isn't much in town - there's a general store but no konbini. Meals at the hotel are expensive but amazing and need to be booked in advance.
