Negative: I understand that this is "Hawaii" and the expense to maintain a beachfront property does take it's toll on the wear and tear, however, having plastic cups to use was not what I expected.

Positive: The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. Despite our late arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which was greatly appreciated. Another thoughtful touch was the refresh room available after check-out, where guests can take a shower and change before continuing their journey. A very convenient feature that made our departure much more comfortable.
Negative: At over $600 per night, we were expecting a more professional experience. The room itself was spacious, and the ocean view was truly beautiful. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was for the activities they advertised. Unfortunately, none of them took place during our stay because the staff member responsible for organizing them was sick. While unforeseen circumstances happen, we felt the hotel should have had a backup plan in place. To make matters worse, we were charged for breakfast even though our booking clearly included it. The issue was eventually resolved, but it added unnecessary frustration to what should have been a seamless stay.
