Positive: The room is big and cozy. Hotel receptionist is friendly and helpful. The private onsen is a must try. The best experience during big snowing season.

Negative: The only thing to improve will be the parking during snow season. My car was fully covered with snow and had a frosted window. Despite being the only car left at the car park, hotel staff didnt provide any assistance nor equipment to help clean the snow. Took mi about 30-45 min to clear the snow and driveway for my car to drive out.
