Positive: Very attentive staff, polite and professional. They explained everything and checked on us consistently

Negative: It only has cold water but this is to be expected in a tent and isn’t a problem for a short stay.

Positive: I had a really lovely experience during my stay. The place was peaceful and beautifully located, and the tent itself was absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. A special mention to Uditha, who was incredibly caring and attentive. He was very engaging, always checking if everything was fine, and truly made me feel looked after. The food was excellent, freshly prepared and cooked specifically for me each time, which made the experience feel very personal and thoughtful. Overall, a beautiful and memorable stay. I would definitely return.

Negative: There was no hot water, and in such humid weather it was quite uncomfortable to take a shower. It would also be helpful to have a small basic menu with a few snacks available between breakfast and dinner. The curtains were not very clean, the shower door wasn’t closing properly, and the shower itself had a lot of salt build-up, so the water pressure was very weak.

Positive: Excellent glamping safari experience. The rooms were delightful, dark polished wood floors and luxury bathrooms. Good positioning for Yala game reserve. We had a full day safari experience, the hotel packed us a breakfast and the driver set out a lovely Sri Lankan shared meal for lunch. Plenty of water and a good jeep. Our hosts set up an under the stars BBQ for our last meal there and that was superb. Unfortunately We had to change our itinerary at the very last minute and our hosts could not have been nicer and more accommodating about the whole situation. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a lovely stay.
