Positive: The room was nice, clean and private and very relaxing The staff was very nice, helpful and kind
Negative: - The beach access is for only 1 hour in the morning, and 1 in the evening, and can't can go anywhere near the sea, you have 20 m which you can stand in with a ranger , whats the point of it!! - The road leading to the hotel is a disaster!! - All prices are without Tax, which is not explicitly explained how much it is !! Has service charges no one knows what they include, you end up paying a lot more than the actual bill of the different services.... Value per money definitely not worth it !!

Positive: Despite being in a secluded location, the team catered perfectly to our breakfast preferences. The chef was fantastic, and the staff’s exceptional hospitality made us feel right at home. Their warmth truly elevated the entire experience
Negative: While the property offers a unique and secluded experience, there was no buffet available and activities were quite limited. Due to safety restrictions, guests are not permitted to step outside after 6:00 PM, which further limits evening options. It would be wonderful if the property could introduce a few indoor activities or entertainment programs to create a more vibrant and engaging atmosphere for guests during the evenings. This would enhance the overall experience and make the stay even more memorable.

Positive: We stayed for 2 nights kids enjoyed the food, private pool, amazing spa but most of all the safari guide and staff were all amazing.

Positive: We chose Hilton for our safari experience in Yala National Park, primarily because of their experienced in-house guides—and they truly exceeded our expectations. The Hilton team handled every detail with great care and professionalism, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable safari experience. We would especially like to thank our guide, our driver, and the guest relations team for their attentiveness, warmth, and dedication throughout our stay. The hotel also stands out with its exceptional culinary offerings. The food was consistently delicious, and the overall experience offered excellent value for money. Our sincere compliments to the chef and the entire team.
Negative: We stayed in room 306, which appeared very comfortable at first glance. However, there was a strong humidity/mold smell in the room. As the windows cannot be opened due to safety concerns (such as insects or wildlife), it was not possible to properly ventilate the space. Unfortunately, we left the hotel feeling unwell, with sore throats caused by the damp environment. Additionally, we found the minibar to be quite limited and below the standard one would expect from a Hilton property.

Positive: Just spent a few days at the Hilton Yala and honestly, it’s a bit of a gem. The location is unreal — right in the middle of Yala National Park, so you feel properly tucked away, but still surrounded by all the comforts you’d want. The hotel is new, super modern, but still has that classic, natural look that fits the area perfectly. The food was great, the pool was fantastic, and the whole place just feels like a little hideaway. You’re literally sitting there and suddenly you spot wildlife moving around nearby — it’s a pretty special experience. If you’re heading to Yala and want something chilled, comfortable, and unique, this place is worth it.
Negative: I would have had this place as a 10 out of 10, but there were a few things that let it down for me. First, the beds are super hard — not the best sleep if you prefer something softer. And even though the food was great, the menu is very limited. I’d honestly suggest they rotate menus each night of the week so guests staying longer than four nights always have something new to try. The staff were super friendly, no complaints there, but on a few occasions I did have to remind them about my orders or follow up, which shouldn’t really be happening at a hotel of this level. And if you’re going with small kids, I’d only recommend a maximum of two nights. It’s a stunning spot, but it’s not really designed with children in mind.
