Positive: 1.The staff was very accommodating and helpful, and Hashan the guest relations manager was even more so helpful. 2.The cabin was well kept and clean. 3.Views were amazing.

Positive: The place is near nature. Tree house is nice for and good quality. Food was good (breakfast and dinner).

Negative: There is problem with ontime transfer - you need hotel assitst fro 4x4 jeep transfer. We had to wait 40min for transfer which we asked for day earlier. The costs of stay are very expensive - 5* hotels are 2x cheaper. Standard accomondation is 10x cheaper in this region.

Summary: Nice place for one time stay but too expensive.

Positive: All the staff here were lovely , really friendly , especially hashan, the guest relations manager , who started the day we got there .

Negative: we were really disappointed with the state of the hotel . We were recommended by friends that were there last year and said it was great , but by the time we were there , it was quite run down . I understand its in the jungle and that you don't get the same amenities as a city hotel , but it also calls itself a luxury ecolodge and this just isn't the case . The bathrooms are not clean and the pool was really bad , not clean and nowhere to sit . This wouldn't be as much of a problem if it was cheap , but it isn't, we paid over 250 euros per night .

Positive: It was a really cool experience staying in a tree house in the jungle.

Negative: The staff were not organised and had little communication. We were waiting on the side of the road for 30 mins when we arrived. No one seemed to know we had a safari at 2pm (which they organised). In the morning for our other safari we were told to be there at 4.50 am for coffee and tea and no one was awake. I had to get water from the kitchen myself for the tour. No one really knew what was happening. The lady on WhatsApp wasn’t on site which didn’t help.

Negative: No hot water at night time. The pool wasn’t working so couldn’t swim. There isn’t much to do there of the pool doesn’t work.

Positive: Our stay at Leopard Nest was absolutely exceptional! The accommodation is stunning — beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and such a unique experience being nestled up in the trees. It really felt like something special and different. The staff were second to none — truly some of the kindest and most attentive people we’ve met. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The food was incredible — delicious, fresh, and so generous — we looked forward to every meal. A real highlight was the safari experience arranged through Leopard Nest. We were lucky enough to see a leopard and elephants up close, which was just unforgettable and made the trip even more magical. We honestly cannot fault this property. From start to finish, it was an amazing experience, and we will absolutely be staying here again. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a once-in-a-lifetime stay!

Positive: I liked the location, in the middle of nowhere. I was a very nice experiece. The staff is very polite and the food was very very good as well.

Negative: I think the price is too high. If you are scared of insects or small little animals, you may find them in the toilet which is more open to outside life. (not in the room, the room is without of animals).
