Negative: The house was just too tiny and cramped for the two of us.

Summary: Had a terrible night's sleep because we were in such a small bed right up against a wall.

Positive: The location was great! The bed was very comfortable. Shower was nice. It had airconditioning and when we contacted the owners that we missed utensils someone came to bring us some right away.

Negative: The fridge had some crumbs and hair in it; the terrace was lovely but we missed a table there. I missed facilities to make fresh coffee instead of instant (instant cappuccino was provided), like a filterholder or a French press. There was some cooking oil provided but the container was sticky and quite dirty. The shower was good but there was quite some discoloration between the tiles, which gave the impression it wasn't clean.

Summary: Had a very pleasant stay at a wonderful location

Positive: Although 1.5 miles from Flam center, it was a relatively quiet location with beautiful natural surroundings. The train is very close with the Luden station near by

Negative: No personal contact with owner. No soap, no paper towels, difficult poor ventilations . Virtually a small camping trailer up on blocks. Sparsely appointed, cheap, cheap, cheap!

Summary: Very tight quarters in virtually a camping trailer on blocks.

Positive: The location is great with fab views close to the river. Accommodation is neat and tidy and convenient walk (20 minutes) from Flam

Negative: Don't expect this to be capable of being self catering accommodation. There is an electric cooker (2 hobs) and a fridge. But very limited cooking/eating utensils and no toaster/grill to make breakfast. It would have been much better if we could have made a decent breakfast before setting out for the day. If you just want a bed and shower this fits the bill.

Summary: Great spot and tidy accommodation with bed and shower. Limited facilities for cooking
