Positive: Best location in Flåm - we had 3 fantastic rooms. We even jumped in the fjord in winter! Delicious dinner - make sure you eat at their restaurant. Staff were very helpful …. And amazing breakfast

Positive: Lovely view of the fjord from our bedroom. Comfortable bed and linen. Nice to be able to walk on the quayside around to the pub, station, boat.

Negative: Bedroom too hot. We had to sleep with the door to the balcony open. No way to turn off the light on the balcony . Even with the curtains drawn we had to sleep in semi- light 😢

Summary: Probably the best place to stay on crowded summer periods. Peaceful and quiet when we were there in December.

Positive: The location is perfect, and the restaurant exceeded my expectations: good chef, good wine, and a fantastic view. It is very common to pay for parking in any hotel in Norway, and free parking was a good detail.

Negative: The lack of a wardrobe in the bedroom. The room was small, and it was hard to manage our luggage. It should be noted that we had four suitcases.
