Positive: The location couldn't be better for an overnight stay in Flåm. Right near the train terminus and ferry. The two-bedroom apartment was large and comfortable. We loved having a balcony, and I also enjoyed that the windows in the bedrooms could be opened for fresh air. The staff were so friendly and helped us with our luggage when checking in.

Negative: This was not an issue for us, but be aware there is no lift - you may need to carry your bags up or down the stairs, and it may not be suitable for people with accessibility requirements. Extra pillows and towels would be a welcome addition.
