Positive: We like everything, the location was walking distance to the train station, cruise harbour and everything in the tiny town. The room was of a good size and comfortable, the staff was very helpful and professional. The lobby and restaurants were very nice, grand and comfy.

Negative: I can't think of anything.

Negative: The price was very high. I had assumed that the room and services would be exceptional, but they were only average.

Positive: Loved the breakfast, couldn't have been better. Liked the little nook with chair, skylight and curtain in the room. Was happy to have a bath. Free tea and coffee. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Negative: The bath was not too clean. There was only one comfortable chair in the nook with the skylight, which was a shame because we couldn't both sit in there at the same time. Very thin walls, could hear the people in the next room talking.

Summary: Expected a bit more for the price.
