Positive: Location: Excellent as it is within a short walking distance from my HQ and the view is stunning and peaceful overlooking the sea and the skyline. Security & Reception: The frontline team were generally courteous and reliable. Convenience: Close proximity to the Grocery and Cafe are extra point.

Negative: Facilities: As this is a new development & place, there are flies and mosquitoes around. Need to heightened the pest management. Building/Facility Management needs to take care of this immediately. Apartment design and layout: The bathroom can be better design. No proper handle to grab/open the glass door from inside the shower room. Especially with your hands wet. It can be a safety issue if not fixed.

Summary: Overall, extremely pleasant although it was 1-short day stay and despite the pests and design flaw.

Positive: Prime location and stunning views from balcony. It is on 56 th floor and all the rooms and the lounge got own balconies. Large rooms and spacious open style lounge and kitchen . Food city on the ground floor is the additional benefit and easy access to attractions.

Negative: Slightly on the pricy side.
