Positive: This is an enormous beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed, excellent AC. The staff are super helpful and it’s in a great location to see everything in the city.

Negative: The entrance is secure but not very smart, we wondered where we were going at first. There don’t seem to be any stairs to exit, only the lift.

Positive: Wow! This self catering apartment is exceptional, it’s enormous, fabulously furnished, massive and effective AC units, king size very comfortable bed, really luxurious, in an excellent location and great value for money.

Negative: The rear entrance is not as luxurious as the interior, however once inside it’s magnificent. Tea and sugar provided, no milk sachets or coffee, towels fluffy but very small… all very small ‘complaints’

Positive: The studio is extremely spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. We found the location convenient, close to the main attractions. The building offers the convenience of private gated parking on the ground floor, with direct elevator access to the apartment, which made arriving and bringing in our luggage very easy. When we arrived, we found the floor to be dusty, but the staff was very responsive and came promptly to clean it, which we really appreciated.

Negative: Unfortunately, the parking area was not well-maintained. We noticed it was dirty and had issues with insects and even rats, which was quite off-putting.

Positive: The apartment was fantastic, offering a great location just a few minutes' walk from the ocean. We loved the convenience of having cafes, restaurants, and a supermarket nearby. The space itself was very spacious, modern, and clean, making it feel comfortable and welcoming. The apartment was well-maintained, and we appreciated the top-floor access via the lift. Additionally, the 24-hour security gave us peace of mind.

Negative: Unfortunately, our experience was a bit ruined by ongoing construction on the floors below us. The noise from the demolition-like work was extremely loud and annoying, lasting all day. The kitchen could have been better equipped, as it was missing some basic utensils, which would have made cooking more convenient. Lastly, while the apartment advertised high-speed internet, the actual speed was only 25mbps, which could be Improvisation.

Positive: The apartment really impressed me—it’s big, open, and has everything you need. It’s one of the best apartments I’ve stayed in during my time in Sri Lanka. The location is great, with a restaurant right downstairs, which was very convenient. The staff were very kind and welcoming. We arrived early, and they let us leave our bags at the restaurant and allowed us to check in earlier than planned. Communication with the hosts was easy and quick. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Sri Lanka.
