Positive: Lovely clean property with lovely view of the ocean. Staff were very kind and even offered us an upgrade! Whilst I waited outside for a taxi they stayed with me to make sure I was safe and helped me talk to the tuk tuk drivers. Would recommend this place for anyone staying in Colombo.

Positive: Very spacious apartments. And lovely balconies.

Negative: The apartment (I had the 2 bedroom) had a kitchen with absolutely no pots or pans to cook with and no dish towels. Why advertise a kitchen if it is unusable?

Positive: Great location, close to the city center. The apartment is spacious and well equipped, with TV, air conditioning, washing machine, ironing board, large fridge, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Negative: In the common areas such as the corridors and the elevator, it’s extremely hot. This happens because there’s an open space inside the building and the air conditioners’ heat pumps release hot air into it. There’s an extractor fan on the roof, but it’s not enough. It would be better to close the central shaft where the heat pumps are located with a glass partition to prevent the internal common areas from overheating.
