Summary: This was our first stop in Sri Lanka. The location was excellent, super close to the city centre but in a slightly quieter part of town, close to great restaurants, cafes and shops. The team were extremely friendly, caring and accommodating. The room was sizeable and the shower was incredible. Would highly recommend !

Summary: The hotel's IT system has been compromised. Three times before our arrival I received WhatsApp messages directing me to a website for payment (the scammers had my name, phone number and hotel booking with dates). I also used IT security program McAfee while staying at the hotel scanning the hotel's WiFi, with the result being that the hotel's WiFi was NOT safe, so we ended up using data while staying in the hotel. Staff was very courteous, but some of them quite new so our breakfast order was wrong twice. Cleaning of the room was OK but we found a previous guest's socks. When we checked in we found that the balcony door was open which is not good since there are mosquitos around. In the bathroom, there is a mesh (not a window) to the outside, which unfortunately lets in mosquitos.

Summary: This is a great centrally located place ideal for a short stay. Its near good restaurants and shopping areas—Paradise Road, Barefoot, The Arcade, etc.
