Summary: This place is in a great location and a really short walk from the center of all of the touristy stuff (shops, restaurants, art shops, and tons of silly people to watch) one could want. The thing is that the house is off of the main roads and traffic routes so it’s quiet and peaceful. It’s the perfect size and has most of the kitchen utensils you’d expect making food prep easy. Overall, a great place to stay…check it out.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay for the July 4 week in Southport. The house was a lovely, cozy, cool place to stay after the heat of the day. The kitchen was well equipped, and they even had a few extra things for you until you could get to the grocery store. I was worried about the parking situation, but it all worked out and we had plenty of room. The neighbors who live around the area are friendly, and even though the houses are together, you still feel your privacy. You are within walking distance or a bike ride to all the fun activities in Southport. Rooms have a full or queen size bed. There is no dishwasher. We enjoyed the patio and decided to put up our tent for the beach on the patio area to keep the sun off and enjoy it during hot days. So consider bringing an extra canopy for the patio if you want to enjoy it and not have the sun beating down on you. We would stay here again. The birds were so lovely. A great place.

Summary: We rented this cottage for a weekend trip to the coast. I was wonderful. The house was exactly what we expected. It was not too far from the water, shopping or great food. I would highly recommend this house.

Summary: Just a great place for our needs we were doing a intercoastal water trip but the weather changed that so we came by car instead we are going to try again next year would love have this again thanks

Summary: Loved the place and it was in a great location. It was within walking distance to everything. It was right around the corner from the marina/restaurants. Very peaceful and relaxing. Will be staying again. Thanks for the memories.
