Summary: Everything about Butch’s place is excellent! We have enjoyed several stays and it’s so clean and comfortable that we settle in quickly even if a short stay. The views from the deck are amazing, the convenience of walking to shops, restaurants, and Waterfront Park is 10 mins at most if you stroll. We highly recommend!

Summary: Incredible location that’s quiet but walkable everywhere. Elevator to the second floor makes it easy to haul suitcases and groceries. Loved the view from the generous deck and living room. Responsive host acted quickly when we had a minor appliance malfunction.
