Summary: This place is a win, no matter what your plan is, you’ll feel like home all the time! John and Amy are really sweet people and they’ll make sure you have a wonderful time! I’d definitely recommend it!

Summary: Lovely, updated home, perfectly located and steps away from restaurants, coffee shops, and beach access. John, Amy, and Whiskey were perfect hosts, offering happy hour drinks and a charcuterie board after we arrived. The room was beautifully appointed, clean, and very comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Summary: It is a lovely property. Well manicured, plenty of places to sit outdoors. There were three sunrooms/porches where you could sit and read or enjoy the continental breakfast. The rooms were beautifulky decorated and each had a private bath. In the evenings, there was a happy hour in the back parlor. Unique beers and wines were available. A charcuterie board from a local cheese shop was also available for snacking. The hosts, John and Amy, mingled with guests, sharing stories and the history of the house. They made us feel at home and welcome. We plan to return again.

Summary: We did a last minute trip for Memorial Day weekend. This was absolutely perfect. Our first time staying in Southport. We are looking forward to our next trip at the Carriage House Inn.
