Positive: Loved the location, the clean look and smell! The porch deck was great, we sat out there alot and enjoyed the view along with our dog. Proximity to river and shops, restaurants was wonderful and so convenient. Can't say enough about how clean and nicely decorated the apartment was!!!

Negative: Steps were a bit challenging for our dog and carrying suitcase up.

Positive: I loved being able to see the water. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants. Port City Java was right next door for a daily dose of coffee. We loved sitting out on the balcony, doing crafts, talking or just resting.

Negative: There is a light out in the master bath. I forgot to email the owner to let them know. It wasn't a problem.

Summary: We had a great weekend in a beautiful place.

Positive: We know the area pretty well so chose this property in particular because of its proximity to all the points of interests. Near the river, the pier, coffee shops, restaurants, shops, marina and ice cream stores!

Negative: Surprised there was no indoor dining table. Also could've used better knives for slicing and dicing fresh food items. Please provide detailed instructions for operating the TV. (We finally gave up on watching the ACC Final Four and headed to the Moore Street Oyster Bar.) MOST Important to address: The Jacuzzi tub/shower inviting, but there are no grab bars to use for getting in and out of the deep tub.

Summary: We hope to return in June! Definite YES on the location, cleanliness and decor. Pool will be open!

Negative: They were working on the back area, could not sit out on the deck. The pool was not cleaned. There were children's floats all over the deck. Workman were working on the place next door and kept leaving the gate unlock, very unhappy with the outside, pool and deck.
