Summary: We love the property, we love the location. It is a very comforatable condo, very clean and well appointed. The location is excellent. We do a lot of walking, and location is very convienient for walking to resturants, attractions, the river. Our favorite became the walk to the salt marsh, and and just hanging out along the water. Great location, great property. We will be returning.

Summary: This property was clean, convenient and perfect for our needs. We didn’t use the kitchen to cook since we ate out but it seemed well equipped. It was nicely decorated and comfortable. We recommend the property and plan on returning someday!

Summary: This beautiful condo was our home away from home while we were in Southport visiting family. The home had everything we needed for our stay and it made traveling with our young kids so much easier since we had a kitchen and laundry! Everything was clean and comfortable and we will gladly stay here again next time we are in town!

Summary: The property was very well kept. The beds were comfortable which is always a big plus. Furniture was attractive and comfortable. We loved that it was an easy walk to downtown shops and restaurants and that it felt safe doing so after dark. Be aware that if you arrive even one minute early the door will not unlock. I did speak to the owner about this; she was very prompt and reasonable in her response stating that sometimes cleaners need the full time to clean between guests but many times, if you call ahead, they can unlock the door sooner. Overall a great stay and great communication from owner.
