Positive: Great spacious room. Very comfortable futon bed. Big kitchen. Washing machine and dryer were a life saver after days of walking. Sanae san was very friendly. Definitely close quarters if there are others in the apartment. I had the place to myself so I got lucky.

Negative: I didn't like the futon mattress on the floor (although seems normal for Japan), and while it was comfortable, I prefer a real bed.
