Positive: Clean, good facility, balcony view is perfect and nice staff

Negative: might be difficult for the elderly because the path to the house is a bit steep, but in all other respects, it is perfect.

Positive: It had everything for someone hiking in the area. The owner Sanae was so nice and helpful. She helped me get a short notice liggage transfer which allowed me to finish off the Kumano Kodo with ease.

Negative: The stairs... but only because I had hiked 27km. The 2nd floor was really nice and had a balcony area.

Summary: This Guesthouse Rocks! 😆😆😆

Positive: Really nice shared space - the kitchen was available to do some cooking - they even offer rice if you want to cook some! They have packets of curries on sale so you can easily cook dinner. I didn't realise I didn't close the glass door / window so I slept comfortably without turning on the AC. I would wonder if it gets colder because that glass isn't going to keep out the cold.

Negative: It is a walk up a slope - short one, but at the end of the Kumano Kodo, any slope would elicit a groan.. lol

Positive: Thank you for creating comfortable accommodation. The environment was fantastic. We heard nightingales and frogs, saw black kiites, macaques and a dragon fly. What is more, the lady who runs the accommodation was so kind to bring our items we left to the nearest bus stop when it was raining heavily. We haven't got enough thanks to her. It was one of the best memories.

Positive: In the middle of the Kumano Kode looking at biggest Japaniese Tori. Staff very friendly.

Negative: Very basic accomodation, don't have many expectations.
