Summary: The place was great. The host went above and beyond even to the point he met me as I got out of my vehicle and gave me the run down of the rental. I really appreciated the almost family like warmth I got from Jim and can’t say enough about the friendly people I met in the town on my short stay. Summary: I would highly recommend staying at this mini apartment. It was located in a very quiet area of Lake City. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well appointed. Unfortunately, a blizzard was predicted for the area and we chose to leave after one night. We were very disappointed that we didn't get to stay for both of our nights. We would not hesitate to stay there again.
