Summary: We were in LC for ice climbing. This place was perfect for our group. Close to the climbs (kind of hard not to be in LC lol), enough room for our gear and stocked kitchen with pots and dishes... Would stay here again!Jim was also nice enough to meet us out front around 9pm to make sure we got into OK and settled. Super friendly.

Summary: From the moment I booked, Jim, the host, was amazing. His communication was lightening quick and helpful. He met us at the property and gave us some insider intel about Lake City. He made sure we were well taken care of and had everything we needed. The property is on the Main Street, making it convenient to walk to restaurants and local shops. The 2 bedroom apartment is comfortable for 4 adults. The kitchen is well equipped and unlike many other locations it has Dish tv. I would highly recommend staying here.

Summary: Check in was easy and smooth! Jim was super kind and helpful. The private yard was perfect for the dog and everything was within walking distance. The parking was AWESOME! completely hassle free! We enjoyed our stay and will book again for sure when we come back!
