Summary: Very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Walking distance to all the restaurants and arts in town. Quiet neighborhood. Good view of the mountain. Nice town with friendly people. Engineer pass is a must. Slumgullion nice as well.Owner communicated very well. Hope to visit again.

Summary: We have stayed in Lake City in the past and this condo will definitely be our first choice when we return. Brittney obviously has put a lot of thought into meeting the needs of travelers because this condo has it all - perfect quiet location, safe, ground floor, lots of storage in every room, comfortable, well equipped kitchen and beautifully updated too! Only 3 blocks from shopping and restaurants. Parked our ATV right in front of the condo with our truck/trailer just around the corner. We would highly recommend staying at this condo as you explore the Lake City area.

Summary: Silver street condos were just what my friend and I needed as a place to hangout for a few days between hikes. There was an issue during arrival but Brittney addressed it immediately and professionally. I would definitely stay here again if I am in Lake City in the future!

Summary: The property was in a beautiful location with wonderful views. The proximity to the start of the Alpine Loop was perfect for our SXS adventure. The cabin is located outside of town but close enough to take the SXS into town for shopping and dining. I will stay here again if the opportunity comes again.
