Positive: Great location Reasonably priced Large bathroom with good water pressure Secure and safe (safety deposit box provided)

Negative: Outdated from what you see in the pictures Cracked floor in the room Biggest issue: Infested with mosquitos - wall was covered outside my room, several bites during breakfast - from all our stays in Sri Lanka, this was the only place we experienced this - staff should have more preventative measures in place for this

Positive: Lovely room, lovely view from the sea view room. For the price, everything is amazing. It’s around a 5 minute walk to the beach and to other restaurants nearby. Lovely service from everyone.

Positive: Very friendly staff, good location within Mirrisa.

Negative: Unfortunately it backs onto the beach but doesnt have beach access, this isn't really a problem as the access road is only 20m up the street but would be perfect if you could walk straight in from the beach considering its there.
