Positive: The photos don't make justification for the actual stay... The resort is excellent and exceptional... Must stay during your visit... Especially in the wooden bungalow Hope the resort takes new professional photos and upload Will definitely visit again
Negative: Electric Mosquito machines are there in the room but still there were lot it... Resort must take some action for that

Positive: The staff are fabulous. The beds are comfortable. The location of the resort is beachfront, as well as walking distance to shops and cafes. The breakfast is served overlooking the beach and is plentiful.

Positive: Location of this hotel is just superb. Beach-front -- just on Turtle beach. Very close to other tourist sites. Our room was clean and had all necessary amenities. the bathroom was clean and descent. Running hot water was available. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast was awesome. They offered beach activities like snorkeling and swimming with Turtles. Overall we had a good stay and will come back if we ever re-visit Mirissa.
Negative: The mosquito nets in our room was a bit dirty and needs proper washing. Some areas had black stains or probably fungal mold. The in-house restaurant is over-priced i think for their drinks and snacks. Could be cheaper.
Summary: Very nice hotel. Worth evey penny.

Positive: The people that work here are incredibily nice!! Even though we already checked out at 11.00 am, we still got to shower late in the evening, before we had to go to the airport. They were very friendly and told us the place should feel like home for us, it sure did!

Positive: My daughter and I spent three nights at Turtle Bay Beach Resort. Our triple room was comfortable and spacious, with an ocean view balcony. The food was delicious and the staff could not be more helpful. The location is excellent for snorkelling. I would recommend Turtle Bay Beach Resort to any visitor to the Mirissa area.
