Positive: The view was just incredible. You could sleep and wake up to the sound of waves. We could also see the coconut tree hill from our bed. They had 8/9 options for breakfast. We stayed 4 nights so we tried 4 of them and all of them were great. Dinner price was very very reasonable considering the prices on the main Mirissa beach.

Negative: They took a long time to reply on booking.com

Positive: The view from the balcony is superb! But don’t expect a typical hotel…it’s family run and the front desk is not always available, neither is room cleaning (can be availed on alternate days). The breakfast is okay.

Negative: Food could have been better, that would be the cherry on the cake!
