Positive: Location on beach front was superb. The quietness amid the bustle of phi phi. The great staff. Excellent breakfast and facilities and ease of access to pool areas

Negative: The charging for dinner and extras such as tours was prohibitive. Especially since far cheaper options available in the Village.

Positive: the staff is nice, responds quickly to customer requests, very responsive, the housekeepers are great

Negative: it's boring no activity in the hotel apart from the excursions but you can't do the same thing every day or show is isolated there is absolutely nothing nearby for one night only otherwise it's not interesting, the hotel is not incredible the view on the mother after 3 p.m. there is low tide so the view is not pretty

Positive: The location is excellent, with a private shore and beach offering an incredible view. To reach the active area (Ton Sai), you need to take another boat, which makes the private beach quieter and more relaxing. The resort itself is very nice and comfortable, with amazing staff and stunning views. The restaurant offers a variety of options for breakfast and dinner. Although it’s not the most tasty, there are no alternative dining options available.

Negative: The transfer from the hotel to Ton Sai isn’t free and operates only at limited times. The rooms are far less comfortable compared to the outdoor facilities. Our room had a bad odor, and when we requested a different one, none were available. The bed was uncomfortable, and during the night we woke up several times because the wind kept rattling the doors and windows, making it sound like someone was knocking. Restaurant and bar (in the resort, nothing outside reachable by foot) closes at 22:30. For a 5 star resort we expected much more attention to these details.

Summary: Disappointing room. Spectacular views and staff.
