Summary: We liked the place but can improve. Better breakfast with for example fresh mango and juice. The staff at the reception can be more friendly (specially one guy, unfortunately don’t know name). Fixe the pool so the tails doesn’t fall off. Better information about the things you can find in the area around.

Summary: Very relaxing resort. Very well organized. The staff is very friendly and well organized. The views are unbelievable. The only things that need to improve in my opinion, are the food, & the night program is non-existent.

Summary: The resort itself is beautiful - rooms are great and staff were so helpful and friendly. Pool area was also lovely and we didn’t use it but private beach was big. Weather was unfortunately very poor while we were there and there wasn’t really anything to do, felt quite claustrophobic as when the waves were bad you didn’t even want to get a boat to the main town on Phi Phi. There’s nothing the hotel can do about this but just something to be aware of.

Summary: It’s a beautiful and quiet spot to relax and enjoy the nature-filled charms of Phi Phi Island! The location has excellent amenities, and quick service options via an app. The buggy service was a lifesaver with our uphill villa. The resort offers daily cleaning and turn-down services, has many restaurants, and many excursion options. We had a 10/10 stay and would love to come back some day!!

Summary: Overall it was a good experience, even though they took a long time to respond in the Hotels.com chat, which somewhat hampered my arrival, as I didn't know what the boat transfer was like.That's why I ended up paying more, plus I had made a special request to them for some kind of "treat" since it was our honeymoon, but we didn't get anything, they forgot. Aside from those two points, the hotel has a good structure, excellent breakfast, and great room service and internal transportation. I recommend it.

Summary: Saii phi phi truly felt like paradise. We stayed here for 2 nights to relax. The staff were so friendly. They have 2 pools normally but 1 of them was under maintenance which was unfortunate. It made the 1 pool very busy and hard to get a lounging chair. We ate at ruan and api restaurant. Both places were great. Ruan is in the forest so there was a high chance for bug bites. The restaurant was also very far from our villa and the staff was happy to call buggy service which was such a nice treat! Getting to the resort was a bit of work and I highly recommend you wear sandals because getting on and off the long boat depended on whether or not its high or low tide. You might have to walk out further and into the water.
