Positive: Super lovely snd welcoming staff. Transport from the ferry port to the hotel was very easy, you need to take a private boat taxi to get to the resort. There was staff with a sign as soon as we exited the ferry, the whole process was really easy and organised. Be warned there are many steps to reach the resort. But the breakfast food was very tasty and views insane. Amazing, comfy bed too. Totally recommend!

Positive: The staff was very attentive. We were met by staff at the pier after arriving by ferry, then taken to the long tail boat which took us to the resort. They handled our luggage until it was in our room. We were welcomed at the resort with a cool towel and juice. Fantastic service! The included breakfast was excellent. Amazing coffee too.

Positive: The view was absolutely amazing and very private. The staff were lovely and made us feel very special. The room felt very luxurious, it was super clean and spacious. Sunset drinks on the balcony were so special and it was amazing to see the island from where we were.

Negative: Getting taxi boats from long beach to the main bit of koh phi phi was a bit inconvenient but it was worth it to stay in a quieter part of the island which beautiful beaches. If this part of the island had a few more restaurants and bars it would be perfect.
