Positive: The view of the sunset is perfect. Very friendly people run this place. The price was excellent.
Negative: It is absolutely not a complaint, though people should know that it a bit of a hike through unpaved forest to get to the location. It's worth it for the sunset oceanfront views.
Summary: Great little hideaway off the beaten path.
