Positive: The location on the island is great. Beautiful views, nice little beaches, great options for food around the area. Quiet and private, very peaceful. Staff are kind and responsive. I highly recommend the Thai massage.

Negative: The pictures of the rooms make them look bigger and there was a strange smell in what is called "living room". There is some construction going on in the cove, but once completed it should not be such an eyesore.

Positive: Phi Phi is beautiful . Property is very nice, great location and very clean . Staff were friendly and did a lot for our kids. Not a lot of food options

Negative: We were asked to pay for a missing tea spoon at the end of the stay which was weird and a first for me. That put a sour taste in our mouths

Positive: Lovely staff, especially the lady that everyone comments on. Picture perfect Thailand. Buggy service back to the room. Second private beach for snorkling was lovely. Main pool had a lovely view. Beautiful grounds.

Negative: Most of my concerns are because we paid so much for 7 nights in a 2-villa property with a shared private pool (special birthday). Whilst this was spectacular on the surface, the rooms were really quite dated, the bathrooms very dark and the windows and doors did not close properly letting in the mosquitos. The internet to the TV kept resetting and one villa's AC was really poor (they tried to fix it - change a filter - but it wasn't any better and was told that they did not have fans to give out). The hotel was very large, but only the beach-front resturant was open, and they only had limited fans. It was pretty unbearable to eat without a fan, and my children couldn't cope. There was no service around the pool, the bar was closed. The shop was very basic so only pot noodles as an option if we wanted to stay in the AC. It was too expensive to explore further by boat as a family - it is far away. I knew this on booking, but wish we'd stayed on Long Beach upon refection. Although I complain about the mosquitos (I got eaten alive) my son was very distressed at the insecticide killing all the bugs that he was so looking forward to seeing).

Negative: There were no beach chairs or even an umbrella on the beach so you couldn’t lie on the beach without getting burnt to a crisp. Not enough space at the pool. Daily housekeeping wasn’t great. Never felt that the place was really cleaned.

Positive: Stayed in the waterfront cottage and the location, porch, privacy and room AC was wonderful. The resort was bigger than what I expected but it feels quiet and private which was nice. Good snorkeling trips. I think the place is better than what the overall reviews scored it as.

Negative: I stayed for five nights, probably three as a solo traveler would have been better. Food is okay and you can't eat at other resorts on the beach unless you're a guest. With so many good spots along the beach at the resort, if they had more umbrellas and chairs then I would rate this place higher. These were all minor issues.

Positive: Such an amazing, incredible territory and room number oh my god 😍 If you want to spend time in calmness and silence that is definitely the place to be! Be ready that they use tractor to bring you to the reception haahhahaah

Negative: The location :( It’s literally in the middle of nowhere, to get to the main pier to all the parties and life you need to pay a lot for a boat to go back to the hotel and it will cost you 800-1000 bat in the evening/ at night and it’s really a bit long way(
