Positive: Comfortable cabanas by the pool. Great little hotel shop which was very reasonably priced and had most things. Kayaks cheap to rent from a friendly member of staff. Good air con. Helpful staff fetching you/your bags from the pier. Good location.

Negative: We were woken up at 06:45 by groundskeepers chopping palm trees down outside our room. Tepid water in the shower. Abysmal restaurant on the beach (Italian vibes) - do not go to this restaurant! Broken safe, but we could have asked to move so that was on us! Grounds staff unfriendly.

Summary: Lovely hotel, just don’t eat at their restaurant on the beach!

Positive: Location away from the crowded centre was greatly appreciated The pool was large and well positioned near the hotel’s private beach and seating was easily accessible The hotel restaurant meals were good quality and while no alcohol is sold you can bring your own at no extra cost Staff were very helpful and attentive

Positive: Breakfast was good. Have a villa instead of a room was an added bonus.

Negative: NO HOT WATER!!! Noise from constant construction!! TV had no English channels. WiFi was spotty to not at all. Staff was somewhat rude.

Positive: Fabulous location 10 mins from tonsai pier , staff were super friendly & helpful. To sit in the pool & look out to phi phi is just bliss, highly recommend this property

Negative: There was some construction going on at the hotel & it was rather loud by the pool… but it won’t be forever
