Positive: Amazing location, close to restaurants and just across the street from the beach. Owner was very responsive of any questions we had had, and checked in several times during our stay to make sure things were going well and offering recommendations. Property is on the city line of Miramar and Destin, so a lot of options within a few minutes driving / walking.

Negative: My family didn't think the couch was very comfortable, but that's about my only complaint, on the flip side it kept us out of the living room and doing other things :-)

Summary: Perfect family beach house with an excellent host.

Positive: I liked everything the fact that this property had most of the things u might normally forget beach accessories,cooking utensils even some spices you did not have to look hard to find things everything labeled ,Communication with the host was awesome very prompt easy check in the next trip to destin I will definitely look up Family Tides
