Positive: This place exceeded my expectations. It was beautiful great location very clean and convenient. Just as advertised which I loved. Great staff and communication there was a sofa that was broken and they called me before I even checked in to let me know and to make sure that this was OK with me. there was a miscommunication about the sofa, being broke, which it wasn’t and I appreciated them reaching out anyways. I will be back!
Negative: There wasn’t much I did not like except the fact that I did call customer service to find out about about the paid chairs and umbrella on the beach beach which obviously was a miscommunication because beach staff did not have us on the list for paid chairs and umbrella so I ended up paying $30 which was only half price so that’s something that should be looked into. Also, upon entering the location I had a terrible experience with security. He was rude and intimidating to meet myself and my pregnant wife who did not have any check-in information. I stopped at the stop sign upon entering the property and no one came to the security door. He just sat there inside of the security booth. He pulled up so fast to the back of the property behind my vehicle, jumped off his golf cart and ran to my window, looking inside my car as I roll the window window down his exact words were “ who you is? I don’t know who you are. Why didn’t you stop at the stop sign?” This mall cop has terrible grammar, and to address someone in that way was very unprofessional. we argue back-and-forth about the fact that I actually did stop at the stop sign and he just sat there as if I was not of any importance. Mind you it is check-in time on a Friday and he should not be expecting to know anyone that is checking in at that moment. I was very upset and expressed my anger to my wife for least an hour upon checking in just because of the unprofessionalism and rudeness and laziness of this worker other than that my experience was amazing and I will be back and hopefully we get some better staffing in that situation. The the first person I see upon arrival and check-in should not have been him. He was not helpful at all! He treated me as if I should’ve known everything that was going on instead of just being helpful in the situation since he should’ve assumed that I did not know where or how to check in which is his job.
