Summary: We enjoyed this property mostly because of the location, and view of the ocean. We loved the constant sounds of the ocean at night. We had some difficulty with check in, but the property owner responded quickly and took care of it. The property is lovely, and well taken care of.

Summary: The condo was perfect for what we needed. Great beachfront location with amazing views. Everything is as pictured and described. This was our first trip to Destin and we would definitely return to the Pelican Beach Resort.

Summary: Just as advertised. Easy check in, beautiful ocean views, convenient to shopping and restaurants. Property was very clean. The Tiki bar had people walking the beach to take drink and food orders or you could go to the bar and order yourself. If you're getting beach chairs, I would call months in advance to get in the first two rows. No chairs or umbrella's allowed past the first row of chairs. If you're in the back row I don't know how you see the ocean. Hope this helps.

Summary: The condo was very nice. The dishwasher didn’t work well, had to hand wash all the dishes. The master bedroom bed wasn’t very comfortable. The plumbing in the master bath wasn’t great. The tub had standing water at times. Just a few improvements needed, but very nice over all and clean. Good location.
