Sand Piper Cove Resort Condominium Is in a gated 43-acre beachfront paradise.
It has 1100-feet of private beach with the most beautiful white sand on the crystal clear emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy an amazing day at the beach soaking up the sun or rent a kayak and have an awesome adventure. This resort also includes a 9-hole, par 3 golf course, lighted tennis courts, pickle ball and shuffleboard courts right outside your door.
Spend a relaxing day in one of the 5 beautiful pools (2 are heated) and 3 hot tubs that are located throughout the property.
Enjoy a lovely sunset dinner with beautiful views of the harbor at the amazing Louisiana Lagniappe Restaurant that is on the property or enjoy a meal and an ice-cold drink at the beachside restaurant.
Boat launching and docking are available for all of you who enjoy water sports or fishing.
Spend a day shopping and enjoying the waterfront bars and restaurants on the Harbor Walk. If you don't feel like driving to the Harbor Walk, you can take a water taxi right from the property or rent a pontoon and enjoy a day at the Famous Crab Island sand bar.
Our Condo #4110 is a 2-bedroom, 2 bathrooms fully equipped unit on the Canal which includes, Wi-Fi, keyless entry, parking, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms with linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, board games and cards for those slow-paced times when you just want to stay in and relax. For your beach days we have beach towels, chairs and a cooler. If you don't feel like walking to the private beach or you just want to take a drive around the property, we would be happy to rent you our covered 4-seat golf cart.
There is so much to do and see in Destin Florida, it is a beautiful place for destination weddings and for memorable family vacations. If you're a snowbird we do long term rentals and would love to have you stay in our condo.

Summary: Unit was very clean and is beautifully furnished. Wide deck area provides plenty of outdoor space, and a nice view of the canal and one of the golf course holes. Very close to the tennis courts. My family and I would stay here again.

Summary: This is a great place to stay. Wonderful condo with an even more gracious host! Missy is absolutely awesome to rent from. She’s always attentive to requests and needs, and she puts her guests first in all ways. We’ve stayed in this same condo four times over the last three years and will continue to rent it in the future.

Summary: Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo at Sandpiper Cove. Michelle was the perfect host and communicated promptly with us when we had questions about the door key code. Condo was nicely decorated with fun beach vibe. It was complete with everything, even beach towels, to make our stay stress free. We loved the balcony over looking the canal and harbor, especially spending time in the morning there with coffee. My husband even caught fish from the lower deck. It was so nice to ride the golf cart to and from the beach and around Sandpiper Cove. The private beach access was great. We would definitely like to stay at this condo again.

Summary: This property had lots of activities that we enjoyed. The place was very clean and comfortable. The back balcony overlooks the water and one of the golf course holes so we were able to watch as golfers finished their game. We played golf a few times, and enjoyed the pickle ball paddles and all the courts. The golf cart was very handy for going to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Everything good except tenants above our unit were noisy at late hours. Not sure if it was their fault but rather lack of carpeting or padding on upstairs floor made every step, every dropped item, dog movements etc. resonate down to us. Badly need sound proofing. That having been said, we had a good time, got used to noise and owners were very accomodatiing

Summary: Our family of 4 including a Cocker Spaniel have been staying here for years for the location and the beach. This condo has been the best experience so far, the golf cart was very convenient and Missy was very helpful and answered all messages promptly. I am very picky about where we stay and I would definitely recommend this unit.
