Positive: The view was amazing! The house was clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. The host checked on us multiple times throughout the stay which was nice. We also loved having a few restaurants like Soleil and Camille’s in walking distance. The Publix was a short drive too to restock the fridge.

Negative: Would have been nice to have shampoos and bath soaps in the bathrooms. Also could have used a few beach towels and extra chairs (only 2 were provided with beach service). Neither one of these were a big deal though!

Summary: This was an amazing house with beautiful views and would highly recommend to any big group!

Positive: The proximity to the beach and the central location to all that Destin has to offer on HWY 98. The number of rooms, bathrooms and beds was perfect for a large group such as ours. My wife and kids are asking to book this property again for next year.

Negative: The price could always be better. The appliances are in need of a refresher for next season in the kitchen. Everything worked, just needs updating.

Summary: Refreshing, relaxing, great beach environment and a lot of fun.

Positive: Location was awesome. It is situated directly on the beach, with easy access to beach services as well as several restaurants. The furniture on the balcony was incredibly comfortable and we spent hours just looking at the ocean. The property itself is close to many other restaurants and multiple grocery and shopping venues. Multiple sleeping areas and multiple bathrooms help keep the group happy.. Air conditioning was adequate. The kitchen had many appliances, cooking items.

Negative: Parking was very tight. We only had one car but if the other properties have large SUVs it makes it very difficult to get in and out. Would recommend adding a Keurig. Property obviously shows we are in care of being a rental location, but didn’t really affect us.
