Summary: I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Henderson Beach Resort & Spa. From the moment I arrived, everything was beautiful, welcoming, and relaxing. The resort is stunning, the rooms are comfortable and beautifully maintained, and the beach is simply breathtaking. The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. I especially loved the peaceful atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, and the opportunity to truly relax and recharge. It was the perfect getaway, and I would happily return. Highly recommend Henderson Beach Resort & Spa for anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing, and memorable stay! 🌴☀️🌊❤️

Summary: The staff was efficient, pleasant, and generally well-trained. Many of the staff are foreign students at the property for the summer to enhance their English language skills, so sometimes there was a language barrier. For the first few days, there was lukewarm water in the shower and bathtub. It took well over 24 hours for the staff to check the issue and finally resolve it. At times, the hot water side of the shower and bath would turn to very cold water without warning, then back to lukewarm water. The food in the main restaurant was very good, as was the service. The food at the adult pool was marginal at best. Overall, we enjoyed the stay. It is a very nice property. It just needs a few tweaks by management.

Summary: The staff is amazing very helpful. They go beyond to help you with everything. A wonderful woman named Sarah Beth took care of everything for us and so did the other staff they are all wonderful at the front desk very helpful all of them. I wish I knew all their names so sorry about that but they’re all amazed. There’s a manager at the pool. I guess the pool is separate from the hotel. Her name is Christina. She’s an instigator. She started to fight with other guests. She had somebody arrested. I didn’t want to say anything. I videoed the thing I saw the whole thing from my room. She took something from the guest. The sheriff police took it from her and gave it back to the guest. She had other guests attack him. She was horrible. I didn’t want to say anything because my kids said don’t share the video or say anything. But she laughed about the whole thing. I didn’t care horrible person but the hotel the resort is magnificent amazing and wonderful.

Summary: I rarely write reviews, but this place was amazing. In the last three months we’ve stayed in resorts in Turks and the Bahamas, but this was actually the best. It does have a resort mixed with hotel feel, but I would rate this place one of the best we’ve ever stayed at (completely honest). The rooms are very clean, and the staff is the best I’ve ever experienced. The valet guy even called me by name every time I saw him (not sure how he remembered that, haha). Beach is about a three minute walk, they have awesome pools (1 adult and 2 family with lazy rivers), good restaurants (highly recommend Horizons) and drivable access to others off site. They have complimentary bikes to ride on the side walks along the beach, complimentary Starbucks machines, complimentary tea stations, a big game pavilion and even their hotel shop is cool (bought two hats, a shirt and flip flops :-) ). Overall, like I said, the best. Skip other hotels or ABB’s and stay here. Oh, and I am NOT being compensated for this. Just a super honest review from a first time guest. We’ll stay here next year for sure.

Summary: This property was beautiful! Staff was very kind and helpful. Food from the gastropub and from the grill were amazing. The real game changer for me was the adults only pool. No kids splashing around or fussing. My only complaint was there was no microwave or blow dryer in the room. We plan to come stay many more times.
