Positive: Everything was super perfect. this is the place I ever met so far 3 star type room for very reasonable price. Breakfast was mouth watering. staff is really really friendly. love book them for next trip also.

Positive: This place is absolutely wonderful — everything is clean, cozy, and the view is beautiful. It’s conveniently located near the main road. Right after checking in, I already wanted to extend my stay! The family who runs it is amazing — the owner helped me sort out a delivery issue I couldn’t have handled on my own. The breakfast was delicious, and the whole atmosphere made me feel right at home. I’ll definitely come back!

Walking distance to Ella’s city center, balancing convenience and tranquility. Spotless rooms and facilities, with a modern and spacious bathroom. Includes shampoo, shower gel, hand wash, dental and shaving kits, indoor slippers, TV, fan, iron, mini fridge, hair dryer, and an incredible hot water shower. want to say something about Delicious Breakfast: Choose from four delightful breakfast options, served on your private terrace with scenic views. with their Super Friendly Staff definitely they were make our stay very pleasant one. Rupa who is care taking the clients, Fluent in Sinhala, English, and Tamil, the staff are warm, attentive, and make you feel at home. Privacy and Comfort is the other one. super comfy bed and Offers the cozy, private feel of a homestay with the amenities of a modern hotel. still it is a separate building away from their home I definetely Recommend this gem. Duet Ella is a perfect blend of modern comfort, thoughtful amenities, and heartfelt hospitality. Whether you’re seeking a romantic getaway or a peaceful retreat, this hotel delivers on every front. Positive: Set back from the main drag of Ella. In fact its down only 300 meters long 7 feet concrete driveway. the road is not good only for low ground clearance cars. buy my car is work fine here. the road is not a private one and I think out of their control case. and narrow road is a common thing in hilly area. but once I got there and climb the stairs to the room ..it's all worth it and an easy walk without luggage. they are carried my luggage for me. the room and bathroom are beautifully appointed... super crisp and clean... private and I loved the outlook . The egg hoppers for breakfast were my fav.. and you can get 4 options for breakfast. staff is super nice and friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.. and this would be where I stay next time.

Negative: Nothing. Everything is perfect. it has few stair to the rooms. because of that can have a supper wide and unbound view. but not recommend for people who are with walking disability. but if you are well don't miss the chance to have the hospitality of this nice hotel.
