Summary: This hotel was comfortable and the staff made us feel like family. They went out of their way to help us including booking tickets, organizing rides and working to make our stay exceptional.

Summary: The host is super friendly and very attentive. She helped me a lot when I had trouble communicating with taxi drivers. She also helped me organize my itinerary and showed me the best places to visit. If I come back to China and Zhangjiajie, I would definitely stay here again.
