Positive: The owner was so kind and spoke good English. He was very helpful and was always available on WeChat. Also the internet was super fast, which is rare in China. Breakfast is served in the restaurant next to the building. You can choose from many options which is amazing. Also the free pickup from the airport went flawless.

Negative: Two reasons why I didn't give a 10: - There was no hand soap available (only shower gel and shampoo in single use packets) - There was a hole in the wall where the tubes from the AC came inside. Through there mosquitos could come in. They were buzzing around all night. Maybe that could be fixed? I woke up multiple times in the night because of that.

Summary: Great stay, just some mosquito problems ...

Positive: The hotel is very close to the bus station and the Tianmen cable car and the room was cozy, clean and spacious. The host is a very caring an thoughtful person. He gave me a lot of advice and helped me organising everything at no extra cost! Strongly recommended :) Breakfast was amazing.

Positive: Great location, close to buses, restaurants, shops, and the cableway. The owner was available to help with everything: airport pickup, assistance with organizing our stay and attractions, food recommendations, and ensuring we reached attractions and returned to the hotel safely. Definitely a place worth recommending.

The boss is very hospitality and happy to help guests 😀 He even treat you breakfast at store anything you want to order. I would like to visit again when I come to Tianmen Shan next time.
