Positive: Right beside the cable station for tianmen mountain, and plenty of food options like street food around it. The receptionist was very kind, and drew me a route on a map for the mountain. The room was also clean.

Negative: Not much, but might be helpful to place a sign in the bathroom, that reminds people to place the toilet paper somewhere else before showering, ended up with a really wet roll😅

Positive: The friendliness of the staff and the location. Very close to the Tianmen Mountain cableway and the most typical streets of Zhangjiajie. You can take a bus to Zhangjiajie Park 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

Negative: The room had a window but it was on the first floor and overlooked the courtyard. The windows didn't close properly and mosquitoes came in. The toilet bowl is not separate from the rest of the bathroom so it can be a bit uncomfortable.

Summary: It's a good place to sleep if you prioritize location and friendly staff who can speak English.

Positive: I would like to highlight the help and care from the Inn's staff, specially from Lucian who was very helpful. He helped us book the tickets for the main sights, helped with transportation and provided key information every evening before next days adventure. He is also proficient in English which makes communication very fluent for foreign travelers.

Positive: Location is fantastic, a very short walk to cable station and in the midst of lots of eateries and massage parlours. Lucian is a great host; upgraded me, very prompt in answering any queries on WhatsApp, booked my tour ticket at discounted price and gave information that made seeing the sights seamless.
