Positive: The location is perfectly convenient and the most remarkable is the guy who manages the Inn. He's the nicest person we could have met. I travelled with my mom without hiring a tour guide, well, he became ours. Every day he would give me the map of the place to visit, showing me the exact route I need to take and he even took us to the entrance of the places by his car. He also helped me to buy the touristic attractions tickets in advance and last day he came to have the walk with us before taking us to the airport. I really want to come back just to visit this nice guy again, plus the beautiful landscapes. Thanks for everything!

Positive: One of the best hosts and best stays you can experience. Very informative—the host provided all the maps, bookings, information, and recommendations, and even personally took me to the bus stations. I was also offered free pickup and drop-off at the train station, as well as free snacks. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Positive: I was more than happy with the accomodation. Clean and spacious room. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my whole stay. They also helped me to plan my hikes, thanks to which I had a truly wonderful stay. I highly highly recommend.

Positive: Small and simple hotel opposite the Tianmenshan cable car station, in the middle of food street, big room big bed with all one time use toiletries, clean and hygiene for a small price, can't complain about it, there're planty of restaurant just outside or next door, The host Mr Yu pick me up from the train station and sent me again to the train station after check out... He provided lots of tips and infos about the best way to visit the national park, and help me to book the time and bought the entrance ticket..and tell me how and where to take the transport to the park, my trip in zhangjiajie will never be so smooth and fun without his help and organising.. He also will text me and ask where I am about because I am travelling alone, very caring and taking care about my need for the trip and my stay there. On my day of arriving, he actually organised a BBQ party for a birthdays guest, and I was invited, great food and good atmosphere, amazing 5 star service, made me feel like home, I enjoyed very much my stay there and definitely will come back again and strongly recommend it to you too.

Negative: To visit zhangjiajie, you need to plan a lots.. For the way, how about, the ticket and to book the time... So with help from local is much easy...

Positive: The reception guy was really friendly. He didn't speak any English but we communicated via our phones which was fine. He also did two bags of washing for us, and didn't ask for any money. The room was big and cosy

Positive: The owner was kind and super helpful the whole time I was staying there! He picked me up from the station and took me to the shooting range that I wanted to try, which he didn’t need to do that. By the way, I don’t recommend this Long Chen shooting range, I didn’t have fun at all😒 you cannot hold the gun as it was locked in the place. Lol… Good location! The people around there were very friendly and nice, the restaurant opposite of the hostel gifted me with their homemade wine when I went there for dinner, and the owner of the hostel next to it call ‘Yi lu you ni’ was very helpful and he actually took me to the Forest Gate on his way home. Thank you! All! You made my trip special.

Positive: Very tidy and clean room, the accommodation is situated in the heart of Zhangjiaje, on the touristic street which is full of great restaurants. The owner is very kind as I forgot my charger in the room and he's shipping it back to me. Highly recommended if you are in Zhangjiajie
