Positive: What was there not to like? The location is quite central, with a shopping mall, a great food street in the vicinity, and a great coffee cafe on the top floor of the same building. The room is big enough, in the traditional style as far as the decor, very charming, all facilities work well, the shower is a delight, A/C, although not the newest model, is very effective. The housekeeping are fantastic. The linen is crisp and clean and a pleasure to sleep on. My bed was amazing: not to soft, exactly what my back needed. And the gem of this hotel is the reception team: the two ladies - the head of the reception and the receptionist - go an extra mile for the guests by giving advice, information, qr-codes of the scenic spots' mini-programs, etc. They help you change ticket details, explained what routes in the national park would work the best, how different lines, and transportation in the national parks works and many-many more things. Anine's breakfasts are legendary: you choose the type of breakfast and the time when you want it to be served and voila! Coffee latte at breakfast is iconic and would win from many coffee vendors in Europe. I personally had a feeling I was treated like family at this hotel, so I would like to thank you, ladies, for making my days in Zhangjiajie such a great experience!

Positive: The hotel is located in the city center. It has convenient access to all attractions. We also had a very good contact with the staff which was very helpful and helped us with tickets to the park. Extra cafe downstairs at the reception is great :)

Positive: Everything was perfect. Rooms are comfortable, food is great. Daily cleaning up. You can also eat something else apart from breakfast. People are very very friendly and hospitable. One night we Ve ordered dinner and they started cooking for us at 22:30. The location is right in the center. They are helping you with directions if you want to visit the mountains. Also they try to speak English so you will be able to communicate. Annie is a great host, also with the others. Thank you!

Positive: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Anine helped me a lot organizing my days in Zhangjiajie and booked my tickets to Tianmen mountain. The room was clean and spacious and they offer delicious meals at a very reasonable price. Thank you very much for everything :)

Positive: Anine was the most amazing host and we couldn't have planned our trip without her! We arrived late on our first night and she stayed up with us to book our day trip for the following day and gave us loads of information for our trip and about the hotel. When we returned from our trip, she spent another long amount of time helping us plan our next day trip and managed to book us a private driver so we could squeeze in everything we wanted to do in time. Although Anine speaks a small amount of English, she has an amazing translator which helped us communicate really well. The hotel has washing machines and dryers which are complimentary for guests to use too. It's in a great location and walking distance to loads of shops and malls.

Summary: Great value for money with a fantastic host!
