Positive: The place is beautifully decorated and elegant. The staff have excellent service mind and are very attentive to guests. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. The hotel offers complete facilities and amenities. I especially loved the beverage bar, which serves delicious matcha freshly prepared by the staff. The historic onsen is beautiful, featuring traditional wooden architecture and classic Japanese artistry. The accommodation is located in a charming old town area with many picturesque spots for photography.

Positive: An exceptional ryokan with a stunning historic wooden bathhouse. The outdoor onsen, with its view back to the classic building, is truly special. The lobby is elegant, and every staff member provided outstanding service. They even arranged our luggage transfer to the next hotel free of charge and kindly drove us to the bus stop—an unforgettable level of care.
