Positive: The breakfast and dinner were amazing. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff was very kind and helpful. There were enough warmers in the room during cold periods. It was also a nice advantage that we could book an onsen for private use for free every day. The hotel was walking distance from the train station, so we didn’t have any problems with our suitcase rolling to the location.

Negative: The shower in the room was not so comfortable to use, as the water flow was weak. It appears to be designed for soaking in the bathtub rather than standing and taking a shower :)
