Completely rehabbed 2 bedroom 1 bathroom high end, garden floor condo in a historic greystone, 5 minutes walk to Wrigley Field. And only 2 minutes walk to Clark or Halsted Streets. New open back porch for your enjoyment. Parking included.

For the safety and security of our guests we installed the security cameras outside the building. They are aimed at parking, front and rear building entry doors and outside passage. None are inside the apartments or in the spots where they would interfere with guests' privacy.

Summary: Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The Kitchen and bathroom are beautiful, the bedrooms are very nice and Peter is such a great host! I highly recommend this property. So close to Wrigley Field and all the shops/bars. We will definitely stay here again!

Summary: The location to Wrigley Field and public transit was great! Cleanest place we’ve ever stayed. The only downside was the very raucous upstairs neighbors who like to karaoke late at night on the weekends.

Summary: We have stayed at many Vrbo locations, but this specific one was the BEST we have ever experienced. The owner literally thought of EVERYTHING, and the home was SPOTLESS. We always pack items that they may not include, but we didn’t have to this time. We had the privilege of meeting the owner, and he was a gem. We will definitely stay here again & also recommend to family & friends.
