Summary: Our 2nd stay at this property. It's the best. Spotlessly clean. Well-equipped kitchen if you choose to prepare meals. Quiet, residential street is perfect for morning walks. Garage is a huge bonus, especially in cold weather. The decor is simple and minimalist, so don't expect designer touches. Do expect a very comfortable place to stay in Chicago. Convenient to the city. We'll be back again.

Summary: nice quiet spot near great restaurants and very close to the red line. apt was perfect for our long weekend and Erika was very responsive to every question we had. Would definitely stay again!

Summary: We had a great stay while at Wrigley (we caught a last-season game) and that you cannot beat the location. While the neighborhood is people- and dog-friendly, this is the place for you if you want to be close to bars, cafes and restaurants. Even if you are interested in venturing into the downtown area — or, if you choose to visit the Lincoln Park area for some light shopping and yet more places to dine, the apartment conveniently located between two subway stations - easy access to either (Sheridan or Addison). More important is Erika (our VRBO Host): phenomenal on all levels. Comms with her were quick, clear, and friendly. Just know that if you choose to stay here, she has made available lots of amenities to either get you started, or to carry you through until the end of your stay. All you need is your toothbrush and some paste :) Next year, when we see the Cubs play, we plan to stay here (if available during our dates) - trust me, you will greatly appreciate the location when the game lets out. Especially if you had a few beverages of choice (cheers!).

Summary: What a treasure! The unit was perfect for our stay! We were going to Wrigley for a concert and it was a short 5 minute walk to the stadium! The place was spotless and the beds were very comfortable! I will be staying here again when I visit Wrigley!
